1965:  Three of the the five classes, and two of the three teachers, in front of the old village school building.



1965:  A school teacher and her class leaving the old school building.


The kids on the left (in uniform) are singing a song outdoors.  The more colorfully dressed ones watching are apparently not regularly enrolled.


A burlap bag race next to the school, on Children's Day (23 Nisan) in the spring of 1966.


Children's Day 1966:  All the kids in the school grab a piece of the rope, cheered on by the village men.
