At the village coffee house

Some of the village delikanlı. The one with the scarf is Naci Korkmaz, a village teacher who came from Beyşehir.

 

The muhtar's son, Ali Banker, who is ferrying cow manure out to his corn fields on a flat wooden sled.

Two village delikanlis.  Fellow on the right is Ali Yilmaz, who ran one of the village coffee houses.  I saw him in the village last year when I went back.

The two kids who lived next door -- grandchildren of our landlord -- Hanim and Omer.
