Board Meeting Minutes
Arkadaslar board meetings are convened three or more times a year and are open to all members.  The date and venue, announced in advance via e-mail, are held in the Washington, D.C. area.  Proceedings of the meetings are then e-mailed to members and posted here.  For minutes of past meetings, click on the appropriate links.
