In attendance: Sandy Anderson, Marcia Gnuse, Peggy Hanson, Judie Jerald, Sandy Pfunder, Linda Scheffer, Dave Weinman, and Susan Bayley

The meeting began at 6:15 PM.

Action: Member donations to nonprofits in or for Turkey will not be included in the operations budget, but be placed directly into a separate account for donations.
     Ayes: 8 Nays: 0

Composition of 2004 Board
There are three-year staggered terms for board members, with board service (and finances) being the calendar year. Judie Jerald and Ken Hill terms ended in 2003, but they have agreed to a second term of service Allan Gall has agreed to serve on the board as well. Here is the 2004 board, with last year of service in parentheses:
