Arkadaslar Board Meeting

In attendance: Sandy Anderson, Marcia Gnuse, Peggy Hanson, Mike Jewell, Sandy Pfunder, Lisa Raffonelli (guest), Linda Scheffer, Dave Weinman, John Wintrol, Ellie LeBaron, and Susan Bayley

The business meeting began at 7:00 PM.

Action: The board decided to postpone this NPCA project until a later date.

Action: The board elected John Wintrol, Malcolm (Sandy) Pfunder, and Susan Bayley for 2003, 2004, and 2005.

The board accepted with revision the 2003 Budget. It projects a paid membership of 330 members and includes production and distribution of the 2003 membership directory, with donations of at least $5,050 towards nonprofits in Turkey:

    Income:         $18,175

    Expenses:     $14,550

    Profit:            $  3,625



The next meeting will be at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at Atilla's in Arlington, VA.

The meeting ended at 8:40 PM.
