In attendance: Sandy Anderson, Allan Gall, Marcia Gnuse, Peggy Hanson, Ken Hill, Judie Jerald, Mike Jewell, Sandy Pfunder, Linda Scheffer, Dave Weinman, John Wintrol, and Susan Bayley

The meeting began at 6:30 PM.

2004 Directory
Motion: Arkadaslar congratulates and thanks Sandy Anderson and Linda Scheffer for the planning and production of the superb 2004 Membership Directory.
     Ayes: 11 Nays: 0

2004 Budget
Because the membership directory was produced in 2004, most expenses were realized this year ($5,182) not in 2003 as originally projected. Because cash assets are projected to be $9,188 in 2004, the board felt comfortable in approving a deficit budget for 2004.
Action: The 2004 budget with a deficit of $2,582 was approved.

Next Board Meeting
The next meeting will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at Atilla’s Restaurant.

The meeting ended at 8:00 PM.
